CL:DOC is a web based system, which allow to a company to file and handle all their internal documents and received material in electronic form. The internal documents are stored securely.     With the help of a unique identifier, filed documents can be found efficiently. Uploaded documents are searchable by address, content, upload date, registration number, category or even by who uploaded them.

  • Versioning

    We efficiently store and handle multiple versions of the same document (e.g a contract). Users can search, view, save or compare these different versions of the document, depending on the access configuration, or – if so configured - they can access only the last version.

  • Version history

    One of the foundations of the system’s security is the logging module. This is provided by CL:DOC with a wide range of parameterizable options. All changes and access to a document are logged with a high degree of detail. The relevant log entries even can be attached to the document.

  • Access management

    The CL:DOC systems access management module is highly configurable. Is possible to create a user, user group, role, role group, access group, which can be connected to each other arbitrarily. Granularity can be set right down to document level, determining who has the right to view, save, print or edit.

  • Data security

    Multiple levels of data security, in addition to basic password based access management, can be provided as required. Encrypted data transmission channels can be implemented between the central system and its clients. The central data storage policies are using SSA and RSA based encryption protocols configured as requested by the customer.

  • Document management

    The internal documents of the company are easily manageable with the help of CL:DOC. The work become more modern,more transparent and faster.
